Birthday Party Packages

There will need to be one consenting parent onsite at all times during your party booking.

There are is a minimum booking of 10 on Saturday or Sunday required for Birthday Party bookings. Siblings and/or other children under the age of 4 cannot climb due to health & safety regulations, unless they have booked a mini’s party, which is specifically for ages 2-4, during designated hours.

Typical party timetable: (EXAMPLE)

Booking time: 1:00pm- You & your guests will need to arrive at 12:45pm. – This is to ensure the party guests arrive on time without delay to your party climb!

Briefing time: 1:00pm-1:30pm- This is a safety brief that all climbers must participate in, along side getting kitted up with a harness. Parents can take a seat in our spectators area.

Climbing: 1:30pm-2:30pm- Kids go wild! (or adults)

Party food: 2:30pm-3:15pm- Your party will be called and taken to where your food will be served in your allocated party area. Children can be collected from 3:10pm on-wards.

 

We do have our soft play area open for all children aged 0-4 with adult supervision

Parties will include:

  • Unlimited Juice in the Party Area
  • Digital Invitations for you to give out – please download here
  • Free Drop Slide or Leap of Faith for the Birthday Climber- height restrictions apply 1.2m
  • Free ValoClimb Ticket for the Birthday Climber- can be used at anytime.

*Please Note: Birthday Cake is NOT included*

 

Our Packages:

‘Twister’ Party Package- £17.50 per person

A selection of sandwiches served with crisps.

Choose 3 of the following fillings

  • Jam
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Egg
  • Nutella.

Followed by a portion of traditional Devon Ice-Cream.

 

‘Astroball’ Party Package- £17.50  per person

A selection of pizzas using our own freshly made pizza dough & curly fries.

Toppings available;

  • Margherita
  • Pepperoni
  • Ham & Pineapple.

Followed by a portion of traditional Devon Ice-Cream.

 

We do offer vegetarian & vegan options, but would require 48 hours notice. Any dietary requirements need to be stated at the time of booking.

While we take extra care when preparing food, we cannot guarantee it may not contain traces of food that are not suitable for allergy sufferers.

 

Let us take the stress away with our optional extras-

  • Party Bags (Clip ‘n climb Goodies) – £4.50 each
  • Drop Slide or Leap of Faith Experience – £2.00 each (usually £2.50)
  • ValoClimb Experience – £2.00 each

Of course! Don’t forget the golden rule of Clip ‘n Climb Avignon…EVERYONE is welcome. Contact our events co-ordinator and we will put together a special arrangement for you.
