I have no previous climbing experience, is Clip 'n Climb for me?

Clip ‘n Climb is designed to be fun for EVERYONE regardless of ability! The difficulty of our challenges vary so there’s something for everyone to have a go at, from beginners to experts. Our staff will also be there to assist with those less confident.

How long do Clip 'n Climb sessions last?

90 Minutes- Sessions comprise of a 30 minute safety briefing and harness fitting, followed by 55 minutes in the arena and 5 mins to debrief and remove your harnesses.

When do I need to arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session so we can ensure you are signed in and ready for briefing.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, we have a car park at the front of the Centre. But this can get quite full, please ensure you arrive in enough time so you can find a place to place in the close proximity of the centre.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

Open toed shoes, boots or high-heeled shoes are not permitted in the climbing arena.

Long hair must be tied back and all loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed prior to climbing for safety reasons.

Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

No, equipment is provided by us and there are no additional hire fees for this.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, we have a lift in the entrance hall by reception.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have small lockers available at reception that are free to use. They are big enough for coats or a small bag.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Indeed we do. They are available to purchase over the phone or in person, and these can be posted to your home address for just a small surcharge to cover postage costs.
